Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Feegees. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase (except on earrings).
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Non-returnable Items: Final sale items, earrings, and gift cards.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase emailed to returns@feegees.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@feegees.com and send your item to: 4061 E Castro Valley Blvd. Unit 29. CA. 94552.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Partial refunds are granted if any item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
